Can you make a fork sing?
 |
This is a perfect trick to do at the dinner table or after refreshments at a party.
As illustration shows, grasp fork in center of handle, and keep it close to but not touching the table. With the left hand, pick the prongs of the fork firmly. It will give forth a dull sound.

Wait a second, and then with the free hand, point to or touch any nearby object. As you do this, let the handle of the fork come to rest on the table and pick the prongs firmly once more. To your friends' amazement, the fork will sing!
Materials: Dinner fork and a table covered with a cloth.
