Can you move seven coins from one point to another on the diagram below without duplicating any moves?

Make a diagram, as shown, on a piece of paper. The numbers are used for practice only. In showing the trick, leave the numbers off, so that no one can keep track of your various moves. Start the first coin anywhere you wish, but move the second coin to the point from which you moved the first one. Repeat the same process with each succeeding coin, then you will not fail. Example: Move from 1 to 6—4 to 1 —7 to 4—2 to 7—5 to 2-8 to 5-3 to 8.
Materials: Seven coins, a pencil, and a large sheet of paper.
